Personal Assistant — Full-Time / Remote

SkillStream Pro is a recruitment company specialising in sourcing and supplying qualified personnel for construction projects across the United Kingdom.

Due to the continued growth of our company, we are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to join our team. This is a fully remote position with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing emails: checking, preparing and sending correspondence
• Handling phone calls with clients, contractors, candidates and various organisations
• Communicating with and coordinating workers assigned to construction sites
• Monitoring ongoing tasks, deadlines and follow-up actions
• Researching information and independently resolving administrative matters
• Searching for candidates and assisting with recruitment
• Preparing documents, spreadsheets and short reports
• Organising calls, meetings and reminders
• Carrying out various administrative and personal tasks assigned by the manager
• Using AI tools, including ChatGPT, to research and analyse information, prepare emails and documents, organise work and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English
• Confidence communicating over the phone
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Practical experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Ability to independently research and find required information
• Initiative and the ability to make decisions within assigned responsibilities
• Good time-management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Previous experience in recruitment, construction, administration, sales, marketing or customer service would be an advantage.
