Executive Assistant (English B2+)

About the job:

Operational support for the owner of a US truck and car hauler repair business. The role covers sourcing, communication and coordination of day-to-day tasks across the company’s projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, or in a comparable operational role.
• English B2 or above, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and resolve routine issues without supervision.
• Reliability with deadlines, attention to detail, structured approach to work.

Work conditions:

• Full-time, long-term.
• Remote. Work is performed on the company’s remote PC/RDP; all software and access provided.
• Schedule aligned with US Central Time (Texas): approx. 15:00—00:00 Kyiv time, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with US clients, suppliers and contractors by phone and in writing.
• Research and sourcing of suppliers, materials and services; comparison of options and preparation of recommendations.
• Search, screening and coordination of contractors and workers for current projects.
• Execution of assigned tasks from initial contact to completed result.
• Maintenance of records, notes and follow-ups.
• Regular progress reporting and early escalation of issues.
