We’re not looking for someone who just edits or just prompts AI. We need both, in one person.

At Kandy, most of what we produce is AI-generated: AI UGC, avatars, voiceovers and B-roll. You’ll combine strong editing fundamentals with real AI expertise to make ads that feel human, convert and scale.

What you’ll do

• Build AI UGC, talking heads, B-roll and animations that feel real.
• Edit short and long-form performance ads: VSLs, UGC, hybrid and animation-heavy concepts.
• Make independent creative decisions when a brief doesn’t work visually.
• Test new AI tools constantly and turn what works into repeatable workflows.

What we expect

• Strong Premiere Pro skills (After Effects is a big plus).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Kling, Runway or Higgsfield.
• Sharp creative judgment and a performance mindset: you understand hooks, retention and why ads convert.
• Ownership. You fix what’s broken without being asked.

Bonus points

• DTC or paid social experience.
• You can study a winning ad and apply what makes it work without copying it.
