Retention manager

Hi! We are currenly looking for a Middle+/Senior Retention Manager to join our international team.We have four stores and total four brands, US and Canada markets.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer retention strategies
• Set up and manage automations in Klaviyo (required experience): email campaigns, segmentation, personalization.
• Analyze customer behavior and create programs to increase repeat purchases.
• Work with Shopify, managing order processes and customer interactions.
• Continuously improve retention metrics

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with Klaviyo and Shopify. Klaviyo experience is mandatory, Skio or Recharge.
• Experience in D2C and e-commerce, understanding online store operations and SaaS tools.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, automations, and customer data management.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and eager to grow with the company.
