We specialize in expedite freight and are expanding our team. We value dispatchers who bring not only skill but also established industry contacts to help us grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced dispatchers with proven track records.
• Ideally, candidates who already have broker/shipper connections.
• Background in expedite is preferred, but we will also consider dispatchers from van operations if they have a clear plan for transition.

Compensation

Base salary + % of profit during the initial period.

Long-term, compensation will shift to commission-only, up to 30% of profit, depending on performance and mutual agreement.
