Channel Operation Manager

Our client, a global technology company specializing in Enterprise ICT and telecommunications solutions, invites a Channel Operation Manager to join its Enterprise Business Group in Ukraine.

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional who will support and develop the company's partner ecosystem, including distributors and other channel partners.

This is an operational and coordination-focused role. The specialist will work with partners on a daily basis, process requests in internal systems, coordinate issues with different departments, analyze partner relationships and support the smooth operation of the channel network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the partner network.
• Communicate with distributors and channel partners across Ukraine.
• Receive, process and coordinate partner requests.
• Maintain partner-related information in internal systems.
• Support the full lifecycle of channel partnerships, including partner onboarding, evaluation and development.
• Monitor partner performance and analyze the effectiveness of partner relationships.
• Assist partners with business planning, sales support and marketing activities.
• Coordinate training and enablement activities for distributors and other partners.
• Work closely with Sales, Service, Solution, Marketing, Logistics and other internal teams to resolve partner requests and operational issues.
• Support purchase order management, bonus and rebate processes, system updates and related documentation.
• Help implement channel policies and incentive programs.
• Monitor compliance with company channel policies and help prevent channel conflicts.
• Prepare reports and provide information about partner activity and performance.

We Are Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, sales support, business development, account management or a related area.
• Experience in Enterprise ICT, IT or telecommunications will be an advantage.
• Understanding of the Ukrainian Enterprise ICT market.
• Knowledge of Datacom, Storage, Optics or related technologies will be a plus.
• Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators or other B2B partners is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with internal systems, documentation and multiple requests simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with different departments and coordinating operational processes.
• Ukrainian — fluent; English — B1/B2 or higher.
• Technical education or a background in telecommunications, ICT or IT will be an advantage.
