Senior Technical Advisors & Assessors – BIM, Architecture & Engineering

SkillBridge connects Ukrainian technical expertise with Norwegian companies. We are currently building a network of experienced Ukrainian professionals interested in remote, project-based collaboration.

We are looking for senior specialists who can contribute as Technical Advisors and Assessors within architecture, engineering and digital construction.

Areas of expertise:

• BIM Management, Revit and CAD

• Architecture and architectural design

• Structural and civil engineering

• MEP engineering

• Technical quality assurance

Potential responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' professional competencies

• Review CVs, portfolios and project experience

• Evaluate technical skills and software proficiency

• Advise on Norwegian and international project requirements

• Support quality assurance and technical coordination when required

Who we are looking for:

• Experienced architects, engineers, BIM Managers, technical consultants or university lecturers

• Strong professional expertise and relevant project experience

• Good English communication skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely from Ukraine

• Interest in flexible, assignment-based collaboration
