Wireless Product Manager

Our client, a global technology company specializing in telecommunications and ICT solutions, invites a Wireless Product Manager to join its team in Kyiv.

We are looking for a telecom professional who understands wireless and mobile network technologies and is interested in combining technical expertise with customer communication, solution sales and project management.

About the Role:

The position is part of the Solution Sales Department and focuses on wireless telecommunications solutions, including 2G, 3G and LTE.

The role combines customer relationship management, solution presentation, market analysis and coordination of customer projects with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with telecommunications customers and operators.
• Understand customer requirements and support the selection of relevant wireless solutions.
• Present products and solutions to customers.
• Participate in negotiations, handle objections and support the sales process.
• Manage projects and coordinate customer requests with internal teams.
• Resolve customer issues by working closely with technical and business departments.
• Analyze the telecommunications market, customers and competitors.
• Support marketing activities and business development initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other business materials.

 We Are Looking For:

• Experience in telecommunications or ICT is preferred.
• Background in Wireless Solution Sales, Presales or Solution Engineering.
• Good understanding of 2G, 3G and LTE technologies.
• Experience working with telecommunications operators will be an advantage.
• Understanding of the telecommunications market, including operators and equipment vendors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage several tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• English — B1/B2 or higher, sufficient for professional communication.
• Technical education will be an advantage.

We are also open to students and junior candidates with a technical background in telecommunications, IT or engineering, especially graduates of KPI, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, NAU or the State University of Information and Communication Technologies. A willingness to learn is important.
