Core Network Solution Engineer

 Our client, a global technology company specializing in telecommunications and ICT solutions, invites a Core Network Solution Engineer to join its team in Ukraine.

About the Role:

We are looking for a telecom professional with experience in Core Network solutions, presales or solution sales who will work with customers, understand their technical needs and support the development of relevant company's solutions.

The role combines technical knowledge, customer communication, solution presentation and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecommunications customers and operators.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant Core Network solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers.
• Participate in negotiations, handle objections and support the sales process.
• Manage projects and coordinate customer requests with internal technical and business teams.
• Solve customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
• Analyze the telecommunications market, competitors and customer requirements.
• Support the preparation of proposals, reports and other business materials.
• Contribute to the development of new business opportunities in the telecommunications market.

 We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications.
• Background in Core Network Solution Sales, Presales or Solution Engineering.
• Experience with CS/PS, EPC or vEPC solutions.
• Experience working with telecommunications operators will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of the telecommunications market, including operators and major equipment vendors.
• Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of mobile and core network technologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive, responsible and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• English — Intermediate or higher.

We are also open to students and junior candidates with a technical background in telecommunications, IT or engineering, especially graduates of KPI, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, NAU or the State University of Information and Communication Technologies. A willingness to learn is important.
