This is a dynamic position for an engineer who does not want to sit at a desk all day. You will work directly "in the field" with customers and end-users: demonstrating technologies, helping integrate systems into UAV platforms, and gathering feedback to improve the product.Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to customers and partners to demonstrate, test, and validate battery solutions in real-world environments.
• Technical support: support the integration, configuration, and optimization of batteries for different UAV platforms, and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Needs analysis: translate user requests into technical requirements and commercial opportunities for the engineering team.
• Hands-on work: assemble, modify, and prepare prototype battery packs for specific customer needs.

Requirements:

• Technical education: engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Mindset: a combination of technical expertise and a desire to interact with customers (technical sales / business development).
• Practical skills: ability to solve technical challenges quickly, independence, and proactivity.
• Languages: fluent Ukrainian; English level B2 or higher (for communication with the international team).
• A plus: experience with UAVs, drones, batteries, electronics, technical sales, or field testing.
