Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, native or near-native English-speaking professional to provide personalized, one-on-one online English conversation sessions for the owner and founder of multiple international companies.

The main objective is to help the company owner improve spoken English fluency, pronunciation, confidence, and natural communication skills in both business and everyday situations.

This is not a traditional English teaching position. Our priority is practical speaking experience, engaging conversations, and real-life communication rather than grammar-focused lessons.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular one-on-one online English conversation sessions with the company owner.
• Help develop fluent, natural, and confident English communication skills.
• Discuss a wide range of topics, including international business, entrepreneurship, investments, leadership, travel, culture, and everyday life.
• Improve pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure, and conversational fluency.
• Correct speaking mistakes naturally and constructively.
• Practice real-world situations such as business meetings, negotiations, networking, and social conversations.
• Adapt sessions to the company owner’s interests, professional activities, and English proficiency.
• Maintain engaging, intellectually stimulating, and productive conversations.

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency (C2 level).
• American English pronunciation and fluency are strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Broad general knowledge and the ability to discuss various professional and everyday topics.
• Familiarity with international business and professional communication.
• Previous experience coaching business owners, entrepreneurs, or senior executives is an advantage.
• Professional, articulate, patient, confident, and engaging personality.
• Ability to make conversations interesting, natural, and productive.
• Previous online tutoring or conversation coaching experience is preferred.
