Senior CRM Representative

An American international FMCG company is looking for a Senior CRM Representative to join its team in Kyiv.

 Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Members in the Ukrainian market.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex inquiries and escalations.

• Coordinate with international GBS teams on projects and business initiatives.

• Support Member engagement, events, promotional activities, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written).

• English is an advantage.

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Contact Center, or Sales Support.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
