Freight Broker (Remote)

We represent a well-established U.S.-based trucking company with over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry. As we continue to expand our brokerage division, we are looking for experienced Freight Brokers to join our growing team.

Location: Remote (open to candidates outside the U.S.) Compensation: Commission-based, up to 40%

Responsibilities

• Manage the full freight brokerage cycle, from customer communication to load delivery

• Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners

• Negotiate rates and coordinate profitable freight movements

• Develop and expand an existing book of business

• Identify and connect with new potential clients

• Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker or Logistics Sales Representative

• An established book of business or an active customer network

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a commitment to long-term success

• Solid understanding of the U.S. freight and logistics market

• Professional working proficiency in English
