Responsibilities:

As an Account Director, you'll be the strategic leader for your client accounts, driving growth and ensuring exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Leadership: Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic guidance.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Team Management: Leading and mentoring a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our services and grow our client relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of success in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital marketing.
