Logistics Operations Manager

Currently, we are looking for Logistics Operation Manager for further development and support of our activities in Ukraine

Location: Kyiv 

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations to ensure uninterrupted product supply across Ukraine.
• Coordinate shipments to distributors and monitor logistics service levels.
• Manage relationships and contracts with logistics service providers, including performance, invoicing, and compliance control.
• Ensure efficient importation, customs clearance, and inbound shipment processes.
• Manage customer orders, claims, returns, and delivery-related issues.
• Maintain logistics documentation and prepare monthly operational and financial reports.
• Support demand and supply planning activities, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Participate in S&OP processes and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Support regional and national tender processes and coordinate logistics execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and supply reliability.

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations within an international company 
• Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and distributors.
• Experience supporting forecasting, supply planning, or S&OP processes.
• Knowledge of tender business processes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or similar) is preferred.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of ownership, self-management, and accountability.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience will be considered as an advantage
