Brighterly is a young company with a true startup spirit, building an EdTech platform that teaches math to kids in the US market. Our close-knit, experienced team of 40+ people has already built a successful EdTech business. Now we’re taking confident steps in the kids' niche, teaching children aged 6−12 to add, subtract, multiply and divide, along with the basics of algebra and geometry. All of this is engaging, built on top-quality personalized resources and delivered by professional tutors! In our first 3 years, more than 2,500 clients have already chosen Brighterly. Our goal for the coming year is to scale and become a leader in the EdTech market! To get there, we need to sell a lot! That’s why we’re opening the Sales Agent position. We’re looking for Sales Agents of all levels with Advanced English who are ready to work with the US B2C market, handling inbound leads only. We offer strong expertise from colleagues, fast professional growth, regular feedback, and a flexible schedule.

You’ll get access to all learning materials, internal training and coaching to grow your sales skills, and the chance to work in a young, energetic team of professionals. You’ll also learn directly from the business founder and from all the leads who helped build Brighterly. We’re all very open and happy to share!

What matters to us:

• 12 months of experience in a similar role;
• high level of empathy;
• energy, persistence, and a results-driven mindset;
• experience working with clients, offline or online;
• Advanced English;
• readiness to work night shifts;
• a team player mindset.

Nice to have:

• knowledge of basic sales techniques;
• experience with CRM systems.
