Customer Service Agent

Regalis Advisory LLC provides customer service and operations support to clients in the wellness and medical spa industry. We are growing our remote customer service team and are looking for a friendly, organized agent who is confident on the phone and communicates in English with ease.

You will be the first point of contact for new clients and leads: answering inbound calls, explaining wellness and medical spa services, and helping clients book appointments. All calls are incoming — there is no cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments
• Handle incoming messages, emails and online inquiries
• Provide accurate information about services, hours, policies and appointments
• Transfer calls and messages to the right team member; escalate urgent or complex issues to a manager
• Follow up with clients when needed
• Keep client and appointment records accurate and up to date
• Manage several calls, chats and tasks at once without letting service quality drop
• Protect client information and maintain confidentiality
• Work in scheduling, communication and customer-management software

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English [Upper-Intermediate / B2 or higher]; a clear, friendly, professional phone manner
• Experience in customer service, reception, front desk, call center or administrative support is a plus
• Excellent organization and time management; comfortable multitasking
• Confident computer user: email, online scheduling systems, communication platforms; quick to learn new software
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused; handles confidential information professionally
• Stable internet connection, a headset and a quiet, professional workspace
