Social Specialist Gender Expertise

Requirements:

• Preferably a B.Sc. degree (or equivalent qualification) in relevant sector;
• Preferably 5 years' experience in similar projects within the required sector;
• Practical knowledge of EBRD’s environmental and social requirements and past experience of assistance in their successful implementation;
• Experience of working as Gender Specialist in similar projects, including initiatives related to promoting equal opportunities in the workplace;
• Experience in designing and developing GBVH training in the workplace;
• Experience in upgrading companies' policies and practices to foster a more inclusive workplace;

Fluent in English, and knowledge of the local language will be considered an asset.
