Business Development Manager (iOS, macOS & AI)

We’re a team of Apple-platform engineers building native iOS and macOS apps, AI-powered features and SDKs for clients worldwide. We’re looking for a Business Development Partner to bring in new clients and take them from first message to signed deal, working directly with the founders and our engineers.

This is a partnership, not a staff job. You choose your targets, your channels and your pace. We handle estimates, technical calls and delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Approach founders, CTOs and heads of product who need an iOS or macOS app built or taken over

• Approach product companies that need a native SDK or AI integration for their platform

• Build partnerships with agencies and studios that need extra Apple-platform capacity

• Run the full cycle: outreach, discovery calls, estimates with our tech team, negotiation, closing

• Use any channel that works for you: LinkedIn, email, Clutch, Upwork, your own network

What you bring:

• 2+ years selling software development or IT outsourcing services to international clients

• Existing contacts or a proven way to generate your own leads

• Fluent business English

How the partnership works:

• Contractor agreement, fully remote, flexible hours

• Commission on every payment collected from clients you bring. Uncapped, and you keep earning for as long as the client keeps paying

• Fast payouts: commission can be paid the same day the client’s payment arrives, by agreement

• Direct access to the founders and engineers for estimates and technical questions

• Tools you need (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM)

To be clear: this is commission-only, with no base salary. It suits sales professionals who prefer to be paid for results and want a real stake in the deals they bring.
