Hiring: Short-Form Social Media Strategist (Instagram Reels / TikTok)

We are a creator management agency. We build personal brands for creators and grow their Instagram and TikTok accounts with short-form video.

We work from a documented system: brand first, then content, then data.

The role

You own the brand and the short-form content strategy for a small group of creators. Your goal is not views. Your goal is the right audience arriving at the creator’s profile and link.

What you will do

• Build each creator’s brand: niche, positioning, persona, and signature content formats.
• Research what is working in the niche and turn it into weekly video ideas and scripts.
• Write hooks and brief creators on what to film and how.
• Review every reel’s numbers: retention, shares, profile visits, follows, link taps, audience quality.
• Double down on proven winners, cut what does not work, and test new ideas each week.
• Keep each creator’s profile, bio, highlights and pinned posts consistent with her brand.
• Work with the chat and backend teams so the brand stays the same everywhere.

What you bring

• [2+] years of hands-on work with Instagram Reels or TikTok, with accounts you can show.
• You can explain why a video worked, not only that it did.
• You read Instagram Insights with confidence and decide from data.
• Strong sense for hooks, pacing and what makes someone stop scrolling.
• You understand branding as more than a logo: what an audience connects a person with.
• Good written English.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with creators directly.

Nice to have

• Experience in creator management.
• Experience growing a US audience.
• Basic video editing skills.
