Part-Time Email Marketer (Crypto Exchange Experience Required)

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Part-Time Email Marketer to own, optimize, and scale our email marketing workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for re-engaging our user base, driving trading volume, and launching automated retention sequences. Direct experience working within a crypto exchange ecosystem is a mandatory requirement.

📌 What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Execution: Own the full email marketing cycle: strategy, copywriting, HTML layout (templates), audience segmentation, and deployment.
• Retention & Triggers: Design and optimize behavior-based automated flows (welcome series, deposits/withdrawals, KYC drop-offs, price alerts).
• Promo Campaigns: Launch regular tactical campaigns covering token listings, trading competitions, futures promos, and market updates.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, CTA designs, and send times to maximize Open Rates (OR) and Click-Through Rates (CTR).
• Deliverability & Analytics: Monitor domain health and deliverability metrics; provide data-driven weekly reports on metrics linked directly to platform trading volume.

🔍 What We Are Looking For

• Crypto Industry Domain: 1+ years of verifiable experience specifically in the marketing department of a crypto exchange or major Web3 trading platform.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with industry-standard ESPs (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot, Brevo, or Klaviyo) and basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Data-Driven: Deep understanding of tech metrics (CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) and how email marketing directly impacts User Retention and LTV.
• Language: English (В1) — written.
• Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced crypto environment.
