We are an international iGaming group with a fully remote team. We’re looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and support our Chief Accountant as the group grows.
What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day finance operations across several group entities
Verify, process and track contractor invoices and monthly payouts (EUR bank transfers and crypto — USDT/USDC)
Coordinate monthly payroll with external payroll providers
Prepare and execute payment runs; keep payment records accurate and audit-ready
Reconcile bank and crypto wallet transactions
Monitor cash flow and prepare regular financial reports for management
Support budgeting and cost control across teams and brands
Liaise with accountants, auditors, banks and payment providers
Improve and document finance processes as the company scales
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an international or multi-entity company
Hands-on experience with invoicing, payments and reconciliations
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail and a structured way of working
Upper-intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
Fluent Ukrainian
Based in Ukraine
Nice to have
Experience in iGaming, fintech or e-commerce
Experience with crypto payments (USDT/USDC)
Familiarity with Maltese, UK or EU accounting and reporting
