Content Manager (SMM)

What you’ll do

• Own the content process from start to finish: strategy, planning, scripts, shoot production, editing, copywriting and publishing.
• Develop distinct approaches for Instagram and LinkedIn based on each platform’s audience and objectives.
• Organise shoots from concept to delivery: source and brief models, creators, photographers and videographers; manage timelines, budgets and quality.
• Source and coordinate UGC creators, prepare clear briefs and oversee delivery.
• Develop advertising creatives alongside our designers and Meta Ads specialist, from concept and copy to final assets.
• Analyse reach, audience retention, profile visits and target audience growth; develop and test hypotheses to improve performance.
• Maintain a consistent publishing schedule, build a content backlog and coordinate everyone involved.
• Support content production for trade shows, influencer events and other brand activities.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of SMM experience, including work with international markets.
• C1 English or equivalent proficiency, with strong writing, editing and spoken communication skills.
• An Instagram and LinkedIn portfolio, plus case studies showing measurable results and your contribution.
• Experience organising shoots and working with UGC creators.
• An analytical mindset: the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and adjust your approach.
• Strong autonomy: you can plan your work, make decisions within agreed objectives and see tasks through to completion.
• A structured approach, reliable deadline management and attention to briefs and content quality.
• Creative judgement and the ability to adapt trends to the brand and its audience.

A plus: experience organising events, creating B2B content or working with products subject to advertising restrictions.
