What you’ll do

• Support English-speaking customers via phone calls, tickets, and case management systems
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify the root cause of technical problems
• Guide customers through product configuration and issue resolution
• Investigate cases before escalating complex issues to higher support levels
• Document new solutions and improve the internal Knowledge Base
• Collaborate closely with Team Leads and other technical teams to ensure the best customer experience
• Follow security, GDPR, and internal quality standards
• Continuously learn and improve your technical knowledge

What we’re looking for

✔ Previous experience in Technical Support or Customer Support

✔ Experience working with ticketing or CRM systems

✔ Comfortable communicating with customers by phone

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔ Advanced spoken and written English

✔ Good communication and time management skills

✔ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

✔ A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Working schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week)

The role operates on two fixed shifts, rotating every 3−4 weeks.

Shift 1

Monday — Thursday: 6:00 PM — 2:00 AM

Sunday: 4:00 PM — 12:00 AM

Shift 2

Monday — Thursday: 2:00 PM — 10:00 PM

Friday: 11:00 AM — 7:00 PM

• Approximately 60% of your day is spent working with tickets and case management.
• Around 40% of your time involves phone calls (approximately 2−5 calls per hour on average).
• You’ll use modern support tools, CRM systems, and internal knowledge bases while working with international customers.
