This is a full time job, 2/2, and the hours are from 22:00 — 10:00 (Kyiv time)
Key responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Monitor and manage driver routes, providing real-time support and updates
Plan, schedule, and coordinate loads for drivers
Qualifications and Requirements:
At least near 1 year of relevant work experience in the trucking/logistics industry (preferably with reefer loads)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Technical Proficiency: Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure
Key Skills

Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
