USA based Real Estate company is hiring a full-time Acquisition Representative. This is a remote role. We’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated team member who wants to grow up with us. We run 10+ deals per week across creative finance, wholesale, and fix-and-flip strategies in the USA. The system is proven. The leads are provided. We need the right closer to work with it.
About the position
Job type: Full-time, Part-time
Working hours: 9am-9pm CDT/EST time zones.
English as a native language or fluent speaker as a second language
Silver-tongued and persuasive skills required.
What You’ll Do
Call and chat with motivated sellers across the USA
Work warm, pre-qualified leads no cold calling, no prospecting
Set up meetings with the sellers for our local agents
Prepare and send contracts for signatures through our CRM for our deals
Follow up relentlessly and manage your pipeline in our CRM
Represent our RE company with professionalism and integrity in every seller interaction.

Requirements
2+ years of sales experience (real estate experience required)
Ability to maintain workflow with sellers on their schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Proficient with CRM software or able to learn quickly
Strong in basic scheduling and communication applications (Zoom, Gmail, etc.)
You don’t need to be a licensed real estate agent, but any experience in USA RE market would be a huge advantage.

Compensation
This is a commission-only role with a realistic earning range of $30,000-$60,000/year for someone who works the system. No base, no ceiling.
We offer a three-month trial period to give you enough time for training and a confident understanding of all processes. We provide a flexible commission structure to motivate you to learn and earn more. This role is designed for producers who want to control their income.
