Evergame team, is a fast-growing E-Commerce company selling video games, consoles: PlayStation, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, etc, and other accessories. Currently, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our friendly team on a full-time basis, taking ownership of the purchasing process, supplier relationships, and product availability. Requirements:
Written and verbal English skills at the B2 level
0.5−1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field will be a plus (but not mandatory we provide onboarding and support to help you grow fast)
Ability to work with data, documents, and basic reports
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be a plus
Interest or understanding of the gaming industry (video games, consoles, and gaming accessories like keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers, etc.) would be a strong advantage.
Main Duties:
Managing the purchasing process based on the company’s needs
Negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers and checking that contract terms are followed
Analyzing the market, tracking prices, and looking for ways to reduce costs
Managing inventory and controlling stock levels
Making sure deliveries are on time, and the quality of goods meets requirements
Working closely with warehouses UK and DE
