AGA Partners is looking for an associate for its International Arbitration practice.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting procedural documents;
• Preparing legal advice for major trading companies, including both foreign and Ukrainian clients;
• Managing delegated tasks and contributing effectively as part of a team;
• Understanding and complying with the company’s internal procedure.

Knowledge and experience:

• Higher education, LL.M. will be a privilage;
• 1+ years of relevant experience;
• Fluent spoken and written legal and business English;
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Word and Outlook;
• Excellent time management and organisational skills;
• Team-oriented mindset;
• Confidence to interact at all levels;
• Results-driven personality;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills, ability to process big volumes of information;
• Readiness to work full-time.
