Customer Support Representative (Junior)

JustMarkets Tech is an international broker with its own fintech platform. We’ve been on the market for 13 years, serve clients in 160+ countries, and have a team of 700+ people worldwide.

We’re growing and looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative with some of customer-facing experience who wants to develop in an international fintech environment.

What you’ll do

• Support English-speaking clients via chat, email and callbacks
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, helpful answers
• Resolve requests using internal tools and processes
• Keep customer information accurate and up to date
• Suggest improvements when you see a better way to work

You’ll be a good fit if

• You have some of experience in a customer-facing role — support, retail, hospitality, sales, tutoring, volunteering, or similar
• Your spoken English is B2 or higher
• You communicate clearly and approach people with empathy and patience
• You’re attentive, reliable, and quick to learn
• You’re comfortable with digital tools and want to grow professionally
