Requirements:

• Core Technical Skills:
  • Linux & Scripting: Proficient in Linux CLI operations and shell scripting.
  • Database Management: Strong command of SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
  • Networking: Solid understanding of network protocols, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Data & Project Experience:
  • Data Analysis: Ability to leverage data insights to drive technical solutions.
  • Project Delivery: Proven track record of successful project lifecycles, with a focus on problem resolution and post-delivery case studies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Documentation: Skilled in producing high-quality technical reports, manuals, and implementation plans.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and work effectively within a team.

Job responsibilities:

• CEM Platform Delivery & Operations: Own end-to-end delivery and post-delivery operations of the CEM business experience platform, including infrastructure LLD design, network design, hardware/software installation, data quality verification, operations enablement, and customer-specific adaptation.

• Data Analysis & Mining: Perform data collection, cleansing, and modeling on platform and service data; conduct model training and validation; deploy reports and Dashboards and drive their acceptance, presenting the business value of delivery solutions to customers.

• Platform & Network Operation & Maintenance: Maintain CEM platform functionality and performance—including configuration maintenance, version upgrades, alarm monitoring, and issue resolution—while designing and troubleshooting network configurations per LLD specifications; leverage Linux CLI and shell scripting to automate routine operations and resolve system, connectivity, and protocol issues, ensuring stable and secure platform operations.

• Project Delivery & Process Management: Support the project manager in quality and cost control, organize delivery process customization, identify and mitigate technical risks, and drive project plan execution; accumulate post-delivery case studies to strengthen reusable knowledge assets.

• Value Presentation & Customer Communication: Serve as a client-facing technical contact, articulating complex technical concepts and solution value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Language:

• English - Upper Intermediate.
• Chinese (It could be a plus).
