Instagram / TikTok DM Sales Manager (English)

Ex-Libris Paris is a prestigious Parisian luxury brand. We hand-draw custom coats of arms and bookplates and engrave them into stamps, cherished by families and collectors all over the world. Joining us means representing a piece of Parisian elegance, every single day.

We're looking for the person who answers our clients on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Warm, fast, and great at turning a chat into a sale.

THE JOB

• answer every DM and comment, fast

• understand what each person wants: a coat of arms, a bookplate, a business request, a collaboration

• follow up with people who went quiet, without being pushy

• make sure every client actually placed their order, by double-checking in our internal CRM

HOW THE DAY WORKS

• an 8-hour window, 5 days a week (hours agreed together)

• during these 8 hours, you're connected on your phone and always reachable: you answer every conversation and handle every order that comes in

YOU

• enough English for us to understand each other (we're not native speakers either, and French is a big plus). With clients you'll use ChatGPT, so you need to read its English and feel if it sounds natural or fake

• you love beautiful things: books, heritage, illustration

• reliable, quick, and you love talking to people

WE OFFER

• full-time, remote, freelance, 5 days a week (optional 6th day paid +€45)

• €900/month fixed + monthly bonus on sales: 30 sales +€100, 60 sales +€300, 90 sales +€500 (up to €1,400/month, paid in EUR)

HOW TO APPLY

1. A Loom video (5 minutes max, camera on, no script). Tell us:

• who you are, where you come from, what you have done

• why you are the person we need

• one of our creations you would love to offer someone, and to whom

• what you felt scrolling our Instagram (instagram.com/exlibrisparis) and what 2 of our reels made you understand

• what links you to heritage, France and Europe

We want your feelings and your opinion, not a description.

2. Your answers to these 5 messages. Reply as if you were Lauren, the artist, in short DM bubbles, in the client's language:

• "Bonjour, je suis tres interessee par un blason sur mesure. Pouvez-vous m'expliquer comment cela se passe, les delais et les tarifs ?"

• "Hi! I love your work. Do you have a shop in Paris? I'll be there in two weeks!"

• "Bonjour, vous faites des reductions en ce moment ? J'hesite un peu"

• An influencer with 4,800 followers: "I'd love to feature you on my page, could you send me a stamp for free?"

• A public comment under one of our reels: "3 weeks and still no news of my order… is this a scam?"
