About the Role

Vaidam Health is looking for a proactive Country Representative in Ukraine to generate patient leads for cosmetic surgery procedures in India and develop relationships with local doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for cosmetic surgery and aesthetic treatments in India.

• Build relationships with local doctors, cosmetic clinics, hospitals, and referral partners.

• Counsel prospective patients and understand their treatment requirements.

• Coordinate with Vaidam's India team for consultations, treatment plans, and patient follow-ups.

• Conduct market research and identify business development opportunities.

• Represent Vaidam Health in local networking and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, cosmetic surgery, medical tourism, sales, or business development.

• Strong local network in Ukraine's healthcare or cosmetic surgery sector.

• Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian; English proficiency preferred.

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-management skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
