Freelance International Customer Relations & CRM Specialist (Remote)

About Skypak

Skypak GmbH is a German premium design company specializing in exclusive furniture and interior products handcrafted from original aircraft parts. We work with international private customers, architects, interior designers, luxury hotels and businesses.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive and well-organized freelance professional to support our international customer communication, lead management and CRM activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to international customer enquiries in English.

• Manage and follow up on enquiries received through platforms such as ArchiExpo and Archiproducts.

• Maintain accurate customer records, communication histories and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

• Support the preparation of quotations and coordinate customer requests.

• Communicate with prospective customers by email and, when required, by telephone.

• Conduct targeted B2B research and support international customer outreach.

• Coordinate directly with Skypak management regarding customer enquiries, priorities and ongoing tasks.

Your Profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in international customer relations, sales support or CRM is an advantage.

• Confident use of digital tools and willingness to learn our CRM systems and processes.

• Reliable, independent and structured working style.

• Professional attitude, attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Qualified university students with the required skills are also welcome.

What We Offer

• Fully remote freelance collaboration.

• Compensation: €6 per hour.

• Initial paid trial period: 2 weeks, 20 hours in total.

• Following a successful trial, approximately 15 hours per week, depending on business requirements.

• Flexible working arrangements with agreed availability and reliable communication.

• Opportunity for long-term collaboration with an international design company.

Freelance Arrangement

This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis and does not constitute an employment position.

Applicants must be legally able to provide freelance services and issue invoices. An existing Ukrainian FOP registration appropriate for the services is required before commencing the collaboration.

The collaboration is non-exclusive. Freelancers work independently using their own equipment and tools.

Payments are made monthly by bank transfer against invoices in EUR. The collaboration is governed by an English-language service agreement and applicable data protection requirements.
