Currently, we are looking for Field Excellence Manager for further development and support of our activities in Ukraine.

Location: Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Act as the key Field Excellence partner for Therapeutic Areas and Value & Access teams. 
• Support business planning and performance reviews through data-driven insights and recommendations. 
• Drive field force effectiveness initiatives, including customer segmentation, targeting, and territory planning.
• Develop field force sizing recommendations and organizational design scenarios aligned with business priorities and launch plans. 
• Implement and monitor field KPIs, performance frameworks, and incentive-related processes. 
• Analyze field performance data and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business outcomes. 
• Partner with Data & Analytics teams to drive adoption of CRM platforms, dashboards, and AI-powered tools. 
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to ensure alignment with global and regional Go-To-Market strategies. 

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field. 
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial functions, Commercial Excellence, or Field Force Effectiveness. 
• Strong understanding of field execution models, customer engagement, and Go-To-Market planning. 
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. 
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM and analytical tools. 
• Ability to transform data into actionable recommendations and business insights. 
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization. 
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
