Currently, we are looking for Value & Access Head for further development and support of our activities in Ukraine.

Location: Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of access strategies for priority therapeutic areas and key launches. 
• Drive cross-functional access plans in close collaboration with Medical, Therapeutic Areas, Finance, Portfolio Management, and other functions. 
• Build and strengthen partnerships with government bodies, payers, hospitals, industry associations, patient organizations, and other key stakeholders. 
• Support operational pricing activities and ensure compliance with global pricing policies. 
• Lead and oversee health economics, outcomes research (HEOR), health technology assessment (HTA), and evidence generation activities to support reimbursement and access decisions.
• Drive innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient access, affordability, and healthcare system sustainability. 
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Value & Access team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 
• Serve as a member of the Country Leadership Team and contribute to the overall business strategy and organizational success.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, Health Policy, Public Affairs, or related areas. 
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian healthcare environment, reimbursement processes, and stakeholder landscape.
• Experience working with government bodies, payers, HTA agencies, healthcare institutions, and policymakers.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and partnership-building skills. 
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
• University degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree is an advantage. 
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
