Currently, we are looking for Cardio/Immunology Therapeutic Area Head for further development and support of our activities in Ukraine.
Location: Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Cardio/Immunology portfolio and ensure delivery of business objectives and sustainable growth. 
• Drive execution of local brand strategies in alignment with global and regional priorities. 
• Lead launch preparation and execution for pipeline products and line extensions. 
• Manage therapeutic area performance, budgets, resource allocation, and business reviews. 
• Build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, and other external stakeholders. 
• Ensure excellent execution of omnichannel engagement, educational initiatives, and promotional activities. 
• Collaborate closely with Medical, Value & Access, Finance, Supply Chain, Execution Excellence, and other cross-functional partners. 
• Develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Novartis values, compliance standards, and local regulations

 Requirements:

• Significant leadership experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry. 
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and managing business performance. 
• Experience in therapeutic area leadership, brand management, product launches, or business unit management. 
• Strong understanding of market access, patient access, healthcare systems, and regulatory environment. 
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into action. 
• Experience leading organizational and business transformation initiatives. 
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
