Budget Analyst (remotely)

We are a growing company providing outsourcing services to American partners in the real estate industry. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Budget Analyst to join us.

Key Requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced MS Excel (Power BI, SQL, and Access will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of key international financial reporting forms (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Deep understanding of analysis and forecasting methods
• Communicative English – Intermediate and above
• Strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, structuring, and analyzing of corporate budgets
• Improvement of the budgeting process
• Supporting the company’s cash management process with financial information
• Preparing informative financial reports on the company's overall performance
• Conducting detailed project budget vs. actual analysis
• Performing deep plan-fact analysis of operational activities
• Business modeling
• Analyzing financial and managerial KPIs
