 Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and coordinating the implementation of various IT projects;
• Forming project teams, defining tasks, deadlines, and responsible team members;
• Organizing the development, coordination, and approval of project implementation plans;
• Coordinating the approval of documents related to project implementation;
• Monitoring project execution and support, preparing project status reports;
• Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and customers, including project progress reporting;
• Facilitating team meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives;
• Resolving conflicts and removing blockers affecting the team's work;
• Coordinating orders with contractors to ensure compliance with project schedules, as well as requirements for contractual reporting and documentation, including project documentation, testing programs, pilot operation programs, operational documentation, regulations, etc.;
• Monitoring contract budgets and deadlines;
• Participating, as a business owner/customer representative, in the implementation of automated systems required to support project delivery processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT or telecommunications as a Project Manager or Business Analyst (implementation consultant);
• Practical experience with project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum, for at least 2 years;
• Experience in project planning, communication management, project monitoring and control, as well as change and risk management;
• Experience participating in tender/procurement procedures will be an advantage;
• Experience coordinating project documentation and delivery timelines with customers;
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Planner, or other project management software such as Leo PPM, OnePlan, etc.;
• Ability to organize effective project team operations, manage and monitor project task flows, and communicate effectively with other departments and customers;
• Strong analytical, leadership, and management skills.

Nice to Have

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM;
• Technical background, including experience in software development, business/system analysis, or software testing.
