Ensure the delivery of physical security training for staff and employees;
Guarantee the successful and timely management of any project requiring security involvement;
Handle group-level reporting and maintain strong internal relationships;
Respond to security-related requests (access granting and similar), providing a dedicated, responsive service and taking appropriate action to resolve them;
Address and resolve site-specific security issues;
Manage key relationships with external vendors and third parties involved in security operations, and coordinate closely with the Legal and Cyber Security functions.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Solid knowledge of the security and safety industry and effective crime and risk management practices, gained through professional experience and relevant qualifications; Alternatively, vast experience in project management will be accepted as well.
Good command of English (a recognised certificate confirming your English proficiency level will be an advantage);
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure;
Confident, independent decision-making — including the ability to act effectively with limited information;
Technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire, and intruder alarm systems (fundamental security systems knowledge);
A proactive mindset and a genuine willingness to take initiative;
Ability to work and cooperate closely with all business lines and functions, providing full support in mitigating risk across the organisation.
