Junior Recruitment Specialist

LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist to join the HR team and support our office.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business line managers on recruitment planning and job descriptions.
• Lead the creation of a recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans and their implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of requirements. - Research and recommend new sources for recruiting active and passive candidates. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Organize a smooth adaptation process.
• Prepare reports.
• Sourcing talent using several channels (job sites, social media, including LinkedIn, etc.);
• Review CVs.
• Conduct pre-call/phone interviews to further explore skills and suitability for the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment for at least one year would be a significant advantage.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Telecommunication/IT industry background would be advantageous. 
• Possibility to work from the office in Kyiv.
• Multitasking, self-organization and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and can-do attitude.
