LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Contract Commerce and Fulfillment manager to join our business:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for reading, writing, and discussing contracts, identifying commercial and legal risks, taking the lead in risk control, facilitating transaction achievement, and supporting the generation of high-quality contract documents.
2. Get involved in the contract generation phase to ensure the executability and completeness of the contract. In the contract fulfillment phase, manage the contract from the perspective of operations to ensure contractual delivery.
3. Organize and participate in the review and decision-making support of sales projects, provide review and decision-making support comments based on the project strategy, risks, and profitability, and support the operation of the sales decision-making team. Design contract-related business rules and tools to improve transaction efficiency.

Position Requirements:

1. Professional requirements: Majors in economics, law, management, etc., are all acceptable. Preference will be given to those with majors in international trade, international business, commercial law, finance, etc. 
2. Strong communication and comprehension skills, as well as the ability to identify and manage risks. Potential for commercial negotiation and transaction model design is required.
3. Upper-intermediate/advanced English.
