Pricing Coordinator / Flight Cost specialist (Aviation)

We need a Pricing Coordinator; a Flight Cost specialist is full-time and on-site in Kyiv.

 Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with vendors to validate price lists and ensure timely updates of current pricing

• Maintain and regularly update the company’s internal database to reflect adjusted rates, ensuring all records remain accurate and up to date

• Verify post-flight final invoices against the internal database to ensure data accuracy

• Prepare and provide accurate trip cost estimates in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Spoken and written English - Intermediate or higher

• Aviation background will be considered as an advantage 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to structure and organize information in a clear and logical way

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb and process large volumes of information

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment

• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible
