Accountant (remotely)

A company providing outsourcing services for American partners requires an accountant. Field of activity: real estate 

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Conversational English
• Conducting negotiations and business correspondence with residents
• Knowledge of software product QuickBooks Online, Bill.com. will be an advantage
• Mastery of MC Office, free PC user

Responsibilities:

• Accounting provision in QuickBooks Online 
• Management of all financial and accounting operations of the Homeowners association, including inventory
• Period closing procedures control (month-end, year-end close process)
• Reports preparation and submission
• Participation in auditing process
