Requirements:
Work experience of at least 1 year as a Freight Broker
Must be Book of Business — Your own customers that you will be working with
Spoken English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Personal computer for remote work
Fast internet connection
Customer-oriented mindset, ability to care about clients and provide high-quality service according to company standards
Strong motivation to work productively, earn more, and achieve goals
Self-discipline and responsibility for your results
Ability to resolve disputes and find optimal solutions
Responsibilities:
Full organization and coordination of freight movement
Communication with customers and drivers in English (verbal and written)
Servicing current clients according to company standards and searching for new ones
Always staying in touch and responding promptly to all calls and emails
