The best 5 star hotel in Ukraine — Hyatt Regency Kyiv Hotel is looking for an energetic, professional, and sociable individual to join our hotel Sales team as а Sales Executive.

Summary:

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Marketing and Sales department in line with Hyatt brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. 

The Sales Executive is responsible to act as a engaged and motivated sales specialist and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed hotel targets and budget.

The Role:

• Respond promptly to all sales, events and catering inquiries. Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts for accommodation, meetings, conferences, social events, and banquets.
• Conduct site inspections and hotel presentations for prospective clients.
• Find and approach new business opportunities from companies, embassies, NGOs, international organizations, associations, and event agencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Participate in sales calls, client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to departmental revenue goals.
• Organize event planning meetings, prepare event orders and function sheets, coordinate client requirements with hotel departments, and oversee event execution from planning through post-event follow-up. Handle guest requests, feedback, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of business opportunities and sales activities in Hyatt systems.

Key selection criteria:

• Previous experience in hotel sales, event sales, or hospitality operations may be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Pleasant personality and good work attitude.
